In compliance with the provisions of the Law on Waste Management (Articles 32 and 45) and the Environmental Law, Sunilens is a fully licenced waste management company that holds all the required certifications and authorizations from the Macedonian Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning for proper, safe and reliable used cooking oil management.

ISCC EU CERTIFICATE
Our used cooking oil collection system is certified according to the leading ISCC EU system and the Renewable Energy Directive 2009/28/EC. Our waste management sector undergoes a rigorous audit process each year, which is conducted by an authorized EU company for renewal of the ISCC EU Certificate. This certificate ensures the compliance of our collection system with the strict EU standards and environmental sustainability legislations.

Self-declaration on used cooking oils and fats (UCO) for biofuel production according to the Directive 2009/28/EC under ISCC EU
The self-declarations for deliveries of used cooking oil on this page are a valid part of the contract between Sunilens DOOEL and its customers. The self-declarations will be presented to the customer either within the contract or within the terms and conditions. If the self-declarations are part of the written contract, they shall be deemed as accepted from the effective date of the contract. If the self-declarations are included in the terms and conditions, they shall be deemed as accepted if the customer does not explain his or her objection to Sunilens DOOEL within 14 days after the terms and conditions have been presented to him and her. If the customer does not object, this will be considered as an agreement to the terms and conditions. The self-declarations will be deemed as accepted after 14 days have passed.
RELIABLE AND SAFE COLLECTION SYSTEM
The used cooking oil quantities that are processed through our waste management system are collected and treated properly and responsibly. Once collected, the oil is transported, de-packed, heated, cleaned, filtered and then sent to biodiesel plants in Europe. With this circular, green energy system we contribute to the completion of environmental and climate change goals at EU level.
