Dijamant’s bakery margarine for making puff pastry is a non-hydrogenated, vegetable based margarine which is produced from high quality vegetable oils and fats with carefully selected food additives. This margarine has excellent plasticity and workability and is perfectly suited for bakers making high quality laminated pastries, yeast dough pastries, as well as light and airy baked goods. It is the key ingredient for baking different types of puff pastry and yeast puff pastry products like traditional and Danish croissants, strudels, pies, rolls, and other sweet and savoury bakery snacks.

When prepared with Dijamant’s margarine, the pastry gets excellent flaky and crispy structure, rich texture, proper volume, excellent taste, colour and aroma. Depending on the season, we offer two types of Dijamant bakery margarines to pastry manufacturers. The summer version which has a melting point of 44-45 degrees and the winter version with a melting point of 42-43 degrees.

Dijamant’s hydrogenated vegetable fat is produced from high quality refined non-lauric vegetable oils with partial hydrogenation and additional refining. This premium quality vegetable fat is broadly used in the confectionery and bakery industry. Depending on its melting point, food producers use it to make waffles, biscuits (savoury and sweet), crackers, creams, fillings and other various bakery products. We offer three types of Dijamant’s vegetable fats with different melting points (30-32, 32-34 and 38-40 degrees).
