RBD palm olein is the liquid fraction obtained by the fractionation of palm oil after crystallization at controlled temperatures. Palm olein is excellent for deep frying, sautéing and cooking. This refined vegetable cooking oil with resistance to oxidation and temperature endurance is one of the most essential ingredients in the HoReCa industry. Palm olein has a bright colour, with no cholesterol and maintains its natural aroma during frying and cooking. Producers are able to fry their food with palm olein much longer than with other types of cooking oil.
